Who We Are
Matthew Poole - Director

I have worked in the Financial Services industry since 2008, where I first worked for a High Street Bank. During my time here, I worked my way up to become Assistant Branch Manager and eventually went on to become a Mortgage Adviser in 2014.
​
My first job as a Mortgage Broker was working for a national firm who specialised in helping clients who had found themselves with a substantial amount of debt outstanding. My job was to help them to consolidate these debts to save money on a monthly basis, putting them in a much better financial position for the future.

In October 2016, I was given an opportunity to join Eddison Wells Financial where I helped to establish the company. Dealing with all types of clients, I now have a much broader range of knowledge across the Mortgage and Insurance industries.

Over the last ten-plus years, the experience and knowledge I have gained, has enabled me to be in a position to set up my own business. Having always lived and worked in the Sale and Altrincham area I am looking to help the families of my local community.
​
My mission is to help families through the daunting mortgage and insurance application process. I can help in a number of areas including helping you buy your first home or help you move home. I can also help you re-mortgage to either save money or raise additional money for a large project like an extension/home improvements.

Having lost my Dad in 2009 after a short battle with cancer, I am a strong believer in protecting my clients and their families properly. I will tailor make a plan around this to ensure you are protecting the people that are most important to you.
Outside of work I am a family man and have amazing support from my wife, Jennie, and together we have 3 young sons – Leo, Ollie and Alfie. I love spending time with my family and take every opportunity to make new memories with them.

I also have a passion for fitness and like to keep active and healthy both mentally and physically. We are a big Man United household and we are hoping that the glory days will return to Old Trafford one day with Ten Hag!
